Construction of New Interpretive Exhibit at Dolly Varden Day Use Area in Lake Louise, Yoho, Kootenay Field Unit

Description
This is a construction project to build a new interpretive area at Dolly Varden Day Use Area in Kootenay National Park on Highway 93 South. The new interpretive display at the Dolly Varden Day Use Area showcases the historic ties between Kootenay National Park and its highway, the ecological impacts of this road and the wildlife mitigations that are improving highway safety. This project will entail installation of a culvert and mock overpass structure, installation of interactive and informational signs and sign posts, excavation, shrub planting, hydroseeding and general landscaping among other requirements specified. The culvert, signage and mock overpass structure will be supplied by Parks Canada.
The period of the contract is from contract award to November 10, 2016.
Closing date for tender submissions is October 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm MDT. Late submissions will not be considered.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
