Nature of Requirements: Custodial Supplies, Regina, SK

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery, and offloading of Custodial Supplies and the supply and installation of toilet paper dispenses for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFSO.

Delivery Date:

Supplies delivery is required within seven (7) calendars from receipt of a call-up.

Installations of toilet dispensers must be completed within sixty (60) days of award and security clearance obtained.

Security Requirement:

There is no security requirement applicable to this procurement.

Evaluation Procedures:

Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
