This amendment is issue in order to clarify the followings items

Clarifications :

1. There are only 3 electrical outlets in each workstation, such as the standard MT 2.0

   See the drawing of the revised workstation, ADDENDA 1

2- 1 power harness for each power pole / colonnette.
3- We need 3 power pole on this group of statins (stations 1000 to 1008), with electrical harness and there will also be data cables.

This amendment is issue in order to clarify the followings items

• As indicated, we need 34 tables in the open area and one (1) in the office # 1005 Viewing Plans Room = for a total 35 tables.
• For the workstation # 1012, the supplier must deposit there price as per the proposed standard workstation.
  An adjustment will be necessary when ordering due to site conditions. A site measurement will be done with precise dimensions, before the contract is issued.

This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/A and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA:

1. Category 1: Interconnecting Panels and Freestanding Systems
2. Category 2: Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products

Public Works and Government Services Canada) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture cat 1 and 2 at the 305 boul. René-Lévesque West, Montréal, Québec, QC, H3Z 1V5 ground floor , Québec before May 12, 2017

This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General stream of Suppliers (SA holders).
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. 5. The bid solicitation is also open to suppliers who are not Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60PQ-140003/B and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standard-acquisition-clauses-and-conditions-manual). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.

There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
