Description
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is seeking proposals from experienced contractors through this Request for Proposal (CRTC FY 2017/18 RFP # 18-0001) to ensure the ongoing operation of the National Do Not Call List (National DNCL) beyond January 2018.
The contract to be awarded following this competitive process is for a duration of five (5) years and could possibly be extended, at the CRTC’s discretion, by up to two (2) additional two (2) years period and one (1) additional one (1) year period. Among other things, the work to be undertaken by the Contractor is divided into four (4) project phases, which include planning, designing, developing, implementing, transitioning, operating, maintaining and supporting the CRTC in its enforcement initiative.
