Important Mandatory Requirements:

  • The proposed resource must have been the Risk Manager for the implementation of a large licensing system, involving a public facing portal. Large is defined an implementation over $5M.
  • The proposed resource must have post-secondary education degrees from recognized universities in both a business discipline and a technical discipline such as computing/science/engineering discipline.
  • The proposed resource must possess a PMP and Prince2-Practitioner certification or Masters Certificate in Project Management, in good standing.
