5P300-17-5253 Water Treatment System Upgrades – Trent Severn Waterway

Description of Work: The scope of work includes the raw water sampling, engineered design, fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning (including passing three consecutive water tests), start-up and documentation of individual point-of-entry water treatment systems (design-build), including all necessary equipment, components and sub-components necessary to meet the drinking water needs prioritized by Parks Canada to be installed over a two year period.

Closing Date and Time: 2017 August 21 at 14:00 EDT

Site Visit Optional: It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Lock 36 Kirkfield Lift Lock, Kirkfield, Kawartha Lakes, ON on 2017 July 19. The site visit will begin at 11:00 EST.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before 31 October 2018.
