Canada has a requirement for a managed Videoconferencing Procurement Vehicle (VCPV) dedicated to Canada.
The Videoconferencing service will allow multiple participants to collaborate by video anytime, anywhere. The anticipated VCPV requirements consist of provisioning video conference (VC) equipment, software, licenses, and services, including but not restricted to codecs, cameras, microphones, integrated endpoints, and other VC specific components. It may also consist of provisioning VC infrastructure equipment, software, licenses, and services, such as but not restricted to gateways, gatekeepers, bridges, content servers, enterprise management platforms, and other related components.
SSC is currently contemplating a contract period of seven (7) years, plus three (3) option periods of one (1) year each.
This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), 00754048, is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is intended only to pre-qualify suppliers that possess the qualifications required by SSC for participation in the next phase of the procurement process for Videoconferencing Procurement Vehicle (VCPV).
No contract will result from this ITQ. Together, this ITQ and the planned Review and Refine Requirements phase (RRR) and bid solicitation are the three parts of the procurement process. Canada reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any time.
Given that this ITQ or the subsequent bid solicitation may be cancelled by Canada at any time in accordance with the applicable terms, it may not result in the subsequent procurement process described in this document.
Because the ITQ is not a bid solicitation, suppliers who submit a response can choose not to bid on the subsequent bid solicitation.
