    Description of Work:

    This work covered by this contract concerns the demolition of the existing boat rental building of 25m2 at the Shewenegan picnic and the reconstruction of the building with access ramp and other related works.

    OPTINAL SITE VISIT

    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 50 Chemin du Lac-Goulet, St-Mathieu du Parc, Quebec G0X 1N0 on August 11, 2017. The site visit will begin at 9:00 EDT.

    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 10, 2017 by email at josee.gagnon@pc.gc.ca to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    Exceptionally, please contact Madam Josée Gagnon at 418 648-2502 to confirm your attendance at the site visit or other matters during the tender process.

    Construction Time:

    The contractor will begin the work on October 10, 2017 and complete the work on or before April 30, 2018.
