Description
Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), is seeking to identify consultant firms capable and interested in performing Architecture and Engineering Services at the UNESCO offices in Paris, France.
Architecture and Engineering Services are required by DFATD to prepare all documents for the construction/renovation of existing office space and to provide services for the supervision of works on site during the construction phases.
DAFTD provides office space for diplomatic facilities around the world. Within DAFTD, the Directorate General of Property (ARD) offers all project management services for new construction, location and /or renovation of existing buildings. This renovation project is an integral part of the new Chancellery project in Paris and therefore the required design and construction must be sufficiently completed to accommodate the installation of GAC services (security, IT and furnishings), which is scheduled to begin in January 2018. 100% completion must be achieved by February 5th 2018.
