Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the purchase, installation, removal and replacement of a generator and concrete pad for Laurier House National Historic Site.
The project Scope of Work includes (but is not limited to):
- Demolition and removal of existing electrical installations
- Demolition and removal of existing generator
- Protection of existing building elements
- Supply and construction of new and reinforced concrete generator slab-on-grade
- Supply and installation of new generator
- Surface treatment and protection, including topsoil
The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.
Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Ontario.

Bids Security is required.
Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.
Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by November 30, 2017.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in French and in English.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
