TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES ON MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX 2012 R3 SOLUTION

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a maximum of three (3) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) for a period of four (4) years from date of award for the services of a contractor on an “as and when requested” basis for Professional Services for Technical and Functional Support Services on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Solution.

The National Capital Commission (NCC) recently adopted Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 system as their new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to manage financial operations and implemented DAXEAM, an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution from UXC, a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV), to extend assets management functionalities.

We are looking to acquire professional services of experienced technical and functional AX specialists, on an “as and when requested” basis, to assist with the support activities and help us improve and stabilize our new ERP solution.

The procurement process of this tender is subject to:

• Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement;
• Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement;
• Chapter 10 of the North Trade Agreement;
• World Trade Organization
• And all the trade agreements listed above.

Duration : The resulting SOA(s) will be for a period of four (4) years from date of award.

Evaluation :  The three (3) top submissions (highest total points) will be awarded an agreement as a result of this request for proposal.
