Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires editing services and HTML coding services for the Departmental Plan (DP) and the Departmental Results Report (DRR), key legislated corporate publications that the RCMP must produce every year for tabling in Parliament.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to five additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is May 1, 2018.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The proposed resource does not require an RCMP Security Clearance unless required at any point to access an RCMP site. Should access to an RCMP site be require, the proposed resource is required to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access Status as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
