Description of the Requirement
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of instructors to deliver classroom training of Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) courses, on an as and when requested basis, in both official languages, in the National Capital Region (NCR) and at various locations across Canada.
This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The services will be required for a period of one (1) year, from date of contract award, with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
Applicable Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
