Campground Buildings Rehabilitation - Package 2

Description of Work:

The scope of work includes but is not limited to: The renovation of the service buildings A, B1, B2 and C. The work includes the complete rehabilitation of the mechanical and electrical installations, partial replacement of the existing concrete floor slab, replacement of roof, windows and doors, rehabilitation or replacement of the exterior and interior finishes et a rehabilitation of the building surrounding grounds to facilitation surface water drainage. And also the engineering work.

 Closing Date and Time: May 25, 2018 - 2 :00 PM EDT

 OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 

1. There will be an optional site visit on May 1st, 2018 at 2:00 PM EDT. Interested bidders are to meet at 1438 boulevard Cap-des-Rosiers, in front of the entrance of the campsite Cap-des-Rosiers.

2. Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

 Construction Time:

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work from August 23, 2018 to June 14, 2019.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
