CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT:

The NCC is initiating a process to hire a qualified entity for the provision of Construction Management (CM) services for its construction program of work in the National Capital Region.

This RFP defines the requirements for Proponents for this work. The NCC will take all steps necessary to ensure the procurement process is open, fair and transparent.

The TOR includes, but it not limited to, the following elements:

Program and project advisory services;

Administration services;

Design management and design assist services;

Time, cost and risk management services;

Procurement services;

Alterations and new construction;

Commissioning services; and

Post-construction services.

DURATION OF CONTRACT: 2 years from the date of award

PERIOD OF THE OPTION(S): 2 successive one year options

Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Senior Contract Officer as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than ten(10) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed only to the Senior Contract Officer.
