Objective
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a firm requirement for two (2) enclosed operator ride-on pallet transport trucks, including two (2) batteries and battery chargers, for the Ottawa Technology Center (OTC) at 875 Heron Road Ottawa. The enclosed operator ride-on pallet transport truck will be used primarily for loading and unloading operations at the OTC loading dock, and for horizontal transportation of pallets and Canada Post Corporation (CPC) monotainers.
There is also an “as and when requested” requirement for the provision of enclosed operator ride-on pallet transport trucks with accessories, and must be available on a national basis.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The evaluation of proposals will be performed in four steps as follows:
Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria
Step 2 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals
Step 3 – Selection - Mandatory Technical Criteria - Responsive Bid with the Lowest Bid Evaluation Price
Step 4 – Contract Entry
The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
