This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):
Four (4) Level 2 Help Desk Specialists

Description of Work:
Public Safety Canada (PS) currently has a requirement for Help Desk Specialists referred to at PS as “Service Desk Agents”, to work on the CIOD IT Service Desk, on an as and when required basis.

It is estimated that PS will require up to 4 Help Desk Specialists Level 2 resources.
Four (4) of the Contractor’s resource will be required to be available from Contract award to March 31st, 2019
Bidders may submit a bid for one resource categories.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
