Description
Definition of requirement: The Surrey RCMP Municipal Detachment requires the replacement of two battery cabinets containing (40) 12V batteries each for a total of 80 batteries. These batteries are located in a limited space and therefore it is required that the delivery, installation and removal be completed during the same instance.
1. Security requirement: This solicitation contains a requirement for vendor and personnel security screening.
2. Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
