Project Description
The scope of work for this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material to demolish the existing Wharf and two buildings located at Sandy Cove, NL. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with these specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
.1 Demolition of the existing wharf and two buildings, removal from site, and disposal of all materials at an approved waste disposal facility as noted on the drawings and in the specifications.
.2 Rehabilitate the site to its natural conditions.
