Robotic Process Automation Solution

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the implementation and delivery of a Robotic Process Automation Solution.

This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of the Robotic Process Automation software licenses as well as professional services and training on an as-and-when-requested basis.

The period of any resulting contract will be for 3 years with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to 2 additional one-year periods.
