Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of silhouhette targets for the shooting range to Stores located in Edmonton, Regina and Winnipeg. Goods are to be provided as required during the period of the Standing Offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from award date for one (1) year, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
It is anticipated that one firm will be issued a Standing Offer.
Security Requirements: There is no security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at identified on the front page of the solicitation document.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
