Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide Absence Management Services. The vendor will be responsible to provide adjudication services for Short Term Disability (STD) cases, medical accommodation, intermittent absences and/or where an attendance management plan is established.
The vendor will be responsible to provide full case management services include evaluating, recommending, monitoring and co-ordinating the required activities and services to support the recovery of employees, and their healthy and timely return to work.
The Services will include provisions to a quality network of medical providers for independent medical examinations, ergonomic assessments and functional capacity evaluations. The vendor will be responsible to provide analysis, reports and trends in STD case outcomes, performance against agreed to targets, appeal process for employees, and support and advice on non-medical barriers when returning
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period not to exceed 12 months, for a cumulative term of up to four (4) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $700,000 CAD inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 PM, EDT, on April 23, 2019.
