Description
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide pest and bird control services on Granville Island, Vancouver, Canada.
The proponent will provide and implement a comprehensive pest control program that ensures adequate coverage of CMHC buildings and grounds to control and treat a variety of pests.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period not to exceed two (2) years, for a cumulative total of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $450,000 CAD inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on October 17, 2019.
