    Description of Work:

    This procurement is set aside for Aboriginal Business under the federal government’s Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business.

    Indigenous Services Canada manages and supports user Information Technology equipment through an ITIL Helpdesk model (Remedy) in the Manitoba Regional office. Full support services are required curing core business hours for approximately 300 PC users in Winnipeg, MB.

    Bidders submitting Proposals must propose services for all three Level 2 Help Desk Specialist resources.

    Bidders will be assessed on corporate and resource experience, qualifications, quality of proposal and cost.

    Duration of Contract: The department wishes to enter into a two year Task Authorization contract with two additional one-year option periods.

    The work is currently being performed by Donna Cona under contract.

    Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #34 applies

    Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance at the level of Secret

    Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret
