Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), herein known as Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC), has a requirement for the transportation of asylum seekers from various ports of entry (POE) in Quebec to temporary accommodations located within 150 km of Lacolle, Quebec, and from the temporary accommodations to a location within the Greater Montreal Area.
