QUESTION 4 Per Amendment 1, Mandatory Evaluation Criteria, M1 states that “the Bidder MUST propose one (1) Project Manager for the execution of this project…” Are bidders permitted to include additional resources to support the project manager and if so how will they be evaluated? If bidders include additional resources to the Project Manager will they be deemed non-compliant?

Q1 - How long will the persistence/hand-off phase be? Will we be required to make multiple site visits to ensure operational improvements are being maintained? Or do we simply provide a persistence report to be completed in-house by AAFC maintenance staff?
Q2 - Will there be an annual service agreement required at the completion of this project?
Q3 - Are we able to provide set up remote connectivity for trending requirements? Limiting required site visits.

By means of this RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for professional services for the recommissioning (RCx) of the K.W. Neatby Development and Research Center (Building no.20), Ottawa, Ontario.
NRCan intends to award one (1) Contract with an estimated period from the date of the Contract to March 31, 2022.
A site visit will not be conducted for the purposes of preparing a proposal.
