    Description

Due to past competitive RFPs, where close to 15 bids were received and evaluated, IRCC has chosen to limit the number of suppliers permitted to bid to 21. This is in accordance with the minimum number for a Tier 1 requirement over the NAFTA threshold as per the TBIPS rules. With our current staffing limitations, inviting additional proponents would create undo process or inefficiencies within our procurement system. With this, no additional pre-approved suppliers will be added to the invitee list and that the list is limited to the suppliers indicated within the NPP.

The objective of this requirement is to obtain the professional services of the above categories on an “as and when requested” basis. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking the services of an organization (the “Contractor”) with expertise in rapidly developing and implementing Digital solutions and supporting technologies, and IM/IT transformation. The objective of this contract is to obtain the professional services of multiple Level 3 IM/IT resources to support the business needs, growth, expansion, changes and enhancements at IRCC. These resources will be supporting different projects and initiatives across the department. For detailed descriptions of each categories’ tasks, please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP).
