Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for an employee assistance program to provide counselling and well-being services for CSC employees across Canada.
Objectives: CSC is committed to making available, a confidential and voluntary Employee Assistance Program for all CSC employees across Canada.
Deliverables: The contractor must provide EAP services to employees, their dependents, and students, specific to issues that may be affecting their personal or work life, their productivity, or both. The contractor must provide services that are short-term, solution-focused, and include referrals to appropriate additional services, when relevant.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of date of contract award to two years later.
