Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6369-20-X062 dated 21 August 2020 with a closing of 30 September at 2:00 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence’s (DND) Assistant Deputy Minister of Public Affairs ADM (PA) Exhibits and Displays Section has a requirement to procure a compact modular lightweight aluminum truss exhibit system.
The display system needs to be scalable and durable in order to be used in a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments, such as recruiting events, tradeshows and conferences that take place in spaces that range from indoor exhibit halls to 10 feet by 10 feet outdoor tents.
It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
