    Description

    The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is seeking the assistance of a qualified service provider to support the development an OJT Framework that includes a standardized approach to OJT, tools for trainers and trainees, as well as methods to measure success of the training and of the OJT program itself.

    The Consultant will provide expert information and advice on best practices in development of an OJT framework with a particular focus on:

    • detailed planning of the various elements of the project;
    • support the development of a standardized OJT program and guidelines that can be applied across the Agency regardless of location, group and level, and associated tasks;
    • support performance measurement indicators for the project and for the resulting OJT framework; and
    • support product development
