Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide fire damper inspection and recertification services to stay in compliance with the necessary codes and standards of the fire and smoke dampers.
Objectives: To provide fire damper inspection and recertification services to stay in compliance with the necessary codes and standards of the fire and smoke dampers
Deliverables:
a. Within 30 days of completing the inspection, the Contractor must provide a post project report and the updated site map with documentation, identifying any dampers that require repair or not meeting codes.
b. The Contractor will provide pricing to repair deficiencies to the Project Authority. Once approved by the Project Authority, repairs are to be completed by Contractor.
c. The Contractor must keep records and provide to the project authority which dampers that were inspected so that different dampers are inspected each year.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2027.
