Industry Engagement session for the CCGS Terry Fox VLE upcoming RFP

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), will be hosting an Industry Engagement session for the CCGS Terry Fox VLE upcoming Request for Proposal.

The Industry Engagement session will be held virtually on 5 October 2021 and will begin at 12:30 EST. The session will share information related to key elements of this requirement, an overview of the procurement process and provide a forum for Industry to ask questions. It is an opportunity for Industry interested in carrying out any portion of the work, including bidders who intend to submit a proposal, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Industry representatives are requested to communicate with stephanie.lanteigne@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca before the event to confirm attendance. Please provide, in writing, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending no later than 1 October 2021, along with their email addresses. The link for the virtual event will be provided to those registered by October 4, 2021.

Material to be presented will be posted prior to the event.

It is PSPC’s intent to capitalize on this opportunity to engage industry in a manner consistent with the principles of smart procurement (early engagement, effective governance, independent advice, and benefits for Canadians) and to offer advance notice and information of this procurement instrument and requirement.
