Description of Work:

The Contractor will provide on an “as and when requested” basis, resources in the Category of Applications, specifically, ERP Functional Analyst Level 3. The Department of Justice (JUS) requires the services of experienced Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) ERP Functional Analysts to assist in the management of SAP development and maintenance activities in support of the Financial and Planning Branch’s (FPB) short and long term plans and priorities.

The FPB plans and priorities for the upcoming year include the implementation of Asset Under Construction (AUC), Accounts Receivable process for external sources, T4A-NR and Relevé 1 reporting for foreign suppliers providing services in Canada, enhancement and streamline of the Legal Services Revenue process, plan for roadmap to S4/HANA and alignment with S4 host department footprint.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently being performed by PRECISIONERP Inc. under contract (value $651,891.35)
