TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $3.75M) for the following categories: 

1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1 Senior and 1 Intermediate) under Stream 1 – Human Resources Services Stream; and 

3.9 Project Monitors (1 Senior and 1 Intermediate) under Stream 3 - Project Management Services Stream

Description of the Requirement:

The Canada Revenue Agency requires two Project Monitors (One is at Senior level and one is at Intermediate level) and two Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (one is Senior level and one is at Intermediate level) to review the entire project approach, methodology, scope, timeliness, budget, organizational structure etc. as well as to provide a comprehensive plan to bring the project to fruition including new scope, plan, monitoring and progress tracking and maintaining. In addition a Directorate organizational review will also be needed to ensure that alignment, and divisions are capable of providing continued valued support to the CVB programs and Agency’s mandate.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be emailed directly, from the Contracting Officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract Award to March 31, 2023, plus two additional six-month option periods.
Options will be exercised to extend the contract in time only. 

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 170 (days) in total for four consultants.
