Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a contractor to perform independent Program Level Risk Assessment for 37 Grants and Contributions (Gs&Cs) Programs.
The project is being undertaken to align with the Treasury Board Secretariat Policy and Directive on Transfer Payments, as well as to respond to an audit recommendation and consultant reports.
The project supports the departmental priority of strengthening risk management processes to ensure that it can respond to a rapidly changing environment and emerging risks and, take steps to monitor and measure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award for 24 months.
