Description

DFO is conducting a research study (Study) with fish at its facility (PSEC) and Contractor will provide students who will be involved in initial startup over the summer and throughout the study. DFO has need for this assistance for care and maintenance of fish. Because of delays in the grant approval and timing of fish availability, there is an urgent need for the assistance provided.
