    Description

    Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is estimated to be posted on Buy and Sell by December 13, 2022.

    IRCC's Domestic Network branch in Ottawa requires a mail machine to process mail. Reason for project is the current lease expires December 31st, 2022 and the current machine is outdated and requires an upgrade. IRCC Ottawa is requesting a 60 month lease for a medium size Mail machine of category 4 with an upgrade of 30kg scale.

    The requirement will be solicited via the competitive mandatory supply arrangement for mail machine E6HAL-140008 and will be posted for a period of 10 business days and will result in the award of one (1) contract of the lowest price. The estimated contract start date is January 14, 2023 to January 13, 2028 (60 months).
