This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to solicit proposals to establish an “as and when required” procurement vehicle with a qualified pool of suppliers capable of providing non-executive recruitment services and/or executive search services in various functions/service categories for any one or both of the following two (2) Service Streams:
SERVICE STREAM #1: Non-Executive Recruitment Services
(Includes sixteen (16) functions across two (2) service categories)
For this Refresh 2022, four (4) Functions are being added to the Service Categories
SERVICE STREAM #2: Executive Search Services
(Includes sixteen (16) functions across two (2) service categories)
