EXCLUSIONS AND/OR REASONS TO INVOKE LIMITED TENDERING REASONS

All of Canada’s free trade agreements allow for limited tendering and the following limited tendering reason contained in the trade agreements is applicable and invoked on the following grounds:

1. where the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist for any of the following reasons (CAP Code 71 Exclusive Rights):

1. N/A
2. the protection of patents, copyrights or other exclusive rights; or
3. due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.

REQUIREMENT SUMMARY:

Transport Canada’s Aircraft Services Directorate requires the repair, overhaul, advance exchange, mobile repair parties (MRP) services and the rental of PT6T-9 series engines, components and accessories on an as and when requested basis from April 1^st, 2023, to March 31,2025 with a possibility of 3 additional one-year periods.

PERIOD OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT:

The proposed contract is for 2 years from the date of Contract award April 1^st,2023 to March 31^st, 2025.

Optional Periods

3 optional periods of 12 months each, under the same terms and conditions.

Estimated Value: $3,000,000.00 USD (taxes extra)
