Nature of Requirements: 
Bilingual design and pringing services for the magazine «Link»
for Naval Reserve Headquarters (QG RESNAV), Québec, three (3)
issues a year and possibility of a special edition one a year if
neccessary.

-Quantity:  2500 per issue;
-Number of pages:  48-56 o 64 pages
-Special edition:      4, 8 ou 16 pages.

Note:  The number of pages in the magazine varies form issue to
issue.

-The Bidders must propose a bilingual Project Manager at the
advanced level in both of Canada's official languages (English
and French), to ensure delivery of services for the duration of
the resulting Contract.

-The Contractor, at the client request, will have to come in
Quebec city to attend meeting to discuss design and computer
graphics.

The period of the Contract is from August 1st, 2012 to July 31,
2013 with two (2) years in option.
