Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: N/A - P&A/LOI Only Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: RFI - Counter Assault Tactical Vehicles (CATV) M9062-202026/A Brisard, Pascale Telephone No. - (873) 353-1627 E-mail: pascale.brisard@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is requesting Industry feedback regarding the purchase of Counter Assault Tactical Vehicles (CATV) for the Government of Canada for use by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Refer to the attached document for complete details on this Request for Information (RFI). The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek initial input from Industry on potential options, capabilities and availability of technology to meet CATV requirements including those related to operational requirements, sustainment, cost, and schedule. Information received from Industry will be critical to refine CATV procurement documents, such as the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), the Request for Proposal (RFP), the technical specifications, the evaluation criteria, the cost tables or other CATV requirements. The intent following receipt of RFI responses from Industry is to have interactive engagement with Industry, throughout the procurement phases leading to the Invitation to Qualify and subsequently the RFP. Respondents interested in participating in this engagement activity must complete the questions at Annex A to the Attachment herein. Reponses are requested by May 29, 2020. This RFI is neither a call for tender nor an RFP. No agreement or contract will be entered into based on this RFI. The issuance of this RFI is not to be considered in any way a commitment by the Government of Canada, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada. This RFI is not to be considered as a commitment to issue a subsequent solicitation or award contract(s) for the work described herein. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
