All other terms and conditions of this Letter of Interest remain the same. Line 1, GSIN: N5840, TCR, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Delivery Date: See Herein The purpose of this Letter of Interest (LOI #1) is to inform Industry of an upcoming competitive procurement process for the Department of National Defence’s (DND) requirement to procure, install, and integrate up to three (3) transportable 3D Long-Range Air Defence Tactical Control Radar (TCR) systems. This procurement will include infrastructure site design services, In-Service Support (ISS), initial provisioning of spares for each radar system, operator and maintainer training, and bilingual publications. Public Works and Government Services Canada’s (PWGSC) intent for this LOI #1 is to engage Industry in a consultative process by seeking Industry feedback on a draft Statement of Work (SOW) and a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). In addition, DND has a requirement to understand the availability and affordability, in relation to the TCR Modernization Project on behalf of Canada. For additional information, please refer to the attached LOI documents. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
