This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5P424-190242/A dated December 23rd 2019 with a closing of February 4th 2020 at 2pm. 

Parks Canada require a service contract to supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for traffic control and managing traffic flow at key locations in the village of Lake Louise and the Lake Louise Park and Ride, Moraine Lake Road, and the Trans-Canada Highway daily through the summer season.

The Contract will be from May 1st 2020 to April 30th 2021. The work performed will be required during the busy season from (estimated) May 15th 2020 to October 15th 2020. Canada retains the irrevocable option to extend the period for two (2) additional one (1) year consecutive periods.

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Edmonton will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 11 am (local time).

Due to limited staff available, bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available should the solicitation allow.
