This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-201221/A dated 2020/04/15 with a closing of 2020/05/21 at 14:00 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

For the provision of managed IP circuits for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for use on the Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications System (PPSTN) radio network in Saskatchewan. 

The period of the Contract for the LANspan service is from date of Contract for a three (3) year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

The period of the Contract for the Satellite service is from date of Contract for a one (1) year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.

It is Canada’s intention to award up to two (2) contracts: one (1) for the LANspan service and one (1) for the Satellite service. Bidder must bid on a minimum of one requirement to be deemed responsive.

One (1) Contract is to be awarded per requirement as a result of this procurement process.
