SECURITY: 

There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. 

REQUIREMENT: 

For the supply of all labour, material, equipment and supervision necessary to perform moving services for various Federal Government Departments in the Province of Alberta as detailed in the call-up as required during the period of the standing offer.

The province has been divided into Seven (7) zones identified in the map provided in Annex “D”.  There will be one (1) Standing Offer issued per zone.

Term of Standing Offer is from date of issuance to December 31, 2021, with two (2) one (1) year option periods, from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, and from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. 

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
