Line 1, High Density Mobile Shelves

The RCMP K Division has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of electronic mobile shelving units with a combination of electronic and manual assist carriages.

The Edmonton Headquarters’ file room requires replacement of the electronice mobile shelving units with a combination of electronic and manual assist carriages.  There are 2 bays that are 24 feet in length that will be changed from electronic assist to manual assist carriages.  The 6 mobile bays which are 48 feet in length bays require a complete new electronic system and safety equipment.  All cantilever shelving requires replacement with 4 post shelving.  A minimum 36 month maintenace term for the electronic components is requested.  There is newer existing 4 post shelving that does not need to be replaced and the flooring and current track system will remain.
