This amendment extends the closing date of this solicitation and
amends the list of Requirements at Annex A.

REQUIREMENT:

For the provision of packaged motor oil, lubricants, antifreeze,
and related products, as required, to the Department of National
Defence, CFB Edmonton, Edmonton, Alberta, and CFB Wainwright,
Denwood, Alberta,including the British Army Training Unit
(BATUS) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta,
during the period from date of issue to 31 May, 2018. 

The Successful Offeror must be able to deliver to CFB Edmonton
or CFB Wainwright within 72 hours of request.

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list
of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information
as required. Refer to section 4.21 of the
Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity
Provisions.


The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
