A contract for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation required to provide janitorial and related services for Health Services facilities operated by the Department of National Defence (DND) at the Edmonton Garrison including 1 Dental Unit Detachment Edmonton and 1 Field Ambulance Edmonton as per schedule, and on an "as and when requested" basis.

The period of the Contract is for three (3) years from date of Contract. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
