Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: OPP - VOC Risk Methodology F5411-170100/C Pilon, Chantal Telephone No. - (819) 420-2914 As part of the Ocean Protection Plan, the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the development of a nationally consistent and standardized Risk Assessment Methodology to assess the hazard posed by wrecked, abandoned or hazardous vessels, the level of risks and its impact(s) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SoW) - Annex "A" attached to the Request for Proposals (RFP). The period of the Contract will be a total of 210 business days after contract award date (tentative September 10, 2018 to July 26, 2019). The Contractor will be required to travel across the Country to meet with partners, stakeholders and organizations to complete the Work. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
