PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Roof Replacement - CFIA - 3852 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa, ON

Project description:
Work for this Contract consists of replacing the existing roofing, flashings and associated work for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) located at 3851 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa, ON

Work is to be completed within forty-five (45) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001.00 and $5,000,000.00.
 
MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on April 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at 3851 Fallowfield Road, Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), Ottawa, ON.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 22, 2016, 1:00 p.m. to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend and provide the name of the company and telephone number. 

Bidders will be required to sign an Attendance Sheet.  Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive.
